This mandolin likely started as a Stromberg-Voisinet but was possibly stripped and refinished as a Gibson with banding, logo, and sunburst finish.  Not sure when this occurred but apparently it was a thing. The finish (with the exception of the logo) is certainly comparable quality-wise to Gibsons of that era and seems like a professional job. Shoutout to mandolincafe for sleuthing.
