Lean and Light Rounded Design
Free up your workspaces with the small, contoured, and mountable design of the HP Chromebox. It fits almost anywhere, including behind a compatible display, thanks to 100 x 100mm VESA mount compatibility. Additionally, HP's Quick Release Mounting Bracket helps make the mounting and removal of your Chromebox behind select HP displays or to most flat surfaces simple.
Powerful Performance
Tackle work and school projects by multitasking with a 1.8 GHz Intel Celeron 3865U Dual Core processor, 4GBGB of 2400 MHz DDR4 memory, and Android apps.
Easy Setup
Remote management features make it easy to configure the HP Chromebox as a virtual desktop, a kiosk, or use it for digital signage in schools and businesses.
Universal Connectivity and Charging with USB Type-C
Use the USB Type-C-C port to charge your HP Chromebox and accessories, connect to an optional HP USB Type-C Dock for port and device connectivity, or up to two optional 4K displays with USB Type-C connectivity for large-screen productivity.
Chrome OS
Using Linux as a base, Google designed Chrome OS to work exclusively with web applications. The user interface takes a minimalist approach, which greatly resembles the Google Chrome web browser. Chrome OS was built for people who spend a majority, if not all, of their time on the computer connected to the internet. The only application that comes installed on Chrome OS is a special Google Chrome web browser with an integrated media player and file manager. All other applications are accessed by adding apps from the Google Chrome Web Store. Since Chrome OS relies entirely on Google's web apps and access to Google's services, it is highly recommended that you connect to the internet to optimize your Chrome OS experience.
