The Miller PAPR 264877 is a complete Powered Air-Purifying Respirator system paired with the Titanium 9400i welding helmet, providing industrial-grade respiratory and eye protection for extreme welding and grinding environments. The lightweight blower unit—over a pound lighter than leading competitors—continuously supplies HEPA-filtered air through a breathing tube to the helmet, protecting against Hexavalent Chromium, Zinc Oxide, Manganese, Aluminum, Nickel, Iron Oxide, Copper, Cadmium, Lead, and Beryllium fumes. The Titanium 9400i helmet features a 9.22 sq. in. viewing area with four independent arc sensors, an integrated grinding shield with 180° field of view, digital lens controls, four operating modes (weld/grind/cut/X-mode), and an aluminum heat shield. The system includes two lithium-ion batteries, a battery charger, HEPA filters, pre-filters, spark guard, breathing tube, padded belt, shoulder straps, flowmeter, and a tool bag.
