The Star Products TU-16 is a quick-change transmission and engine oil pressure tester designed to check oil pressure in automatic transmissions and gasoline engines on domestic cars, light trucks, and most imported vehicles. The kit includes two gauges—a 2-1/2"" gauge (0–100 psi / 0–7 bar) for lower-range engine oil readings and a 3-1/2"" gauge (0–400 psi / 0–28 kg/cm²) for transmission pressures—connected via quick coupler fittings for fast gauge changes. A 6-foot oil-proof Nitrile hose allows the technician to monitor readings from the driver's seat. The set includes 21 color-coded SAE and metric adapters covering a wide range of applications and comes in a custom blow-molded case.
