This screen will fit most trailers from 1969 to modern where the adjustment positioner arm goes through the screen frame. The side slots are 9-3/8" in length and positioned 6-1/4" from the bottom edge of the screen frame.

An item in refurbished condition will have: New pile weatherstripping, a repainted finish, new screen and spline installed. It will be fully functional and ready to install. Although many parts will be refinished, it is still a vintage item and will not be a new screen. See photo example
